(Al-Mulk) 67 : 26
قُلْ إِنَّمَا الْعِلْمُ عِنْدَ اللَّهِ وَإِنَّمَا أَنَا نَذِيرٌ مُبِينٌ
You say: The Knowledge about It is with Allah, while indeed I am only a manifest warner.
While Adhikr which is the Three Time Knowledge, and is the Best interpretation of Lord’s Book mentioned in the verses 7: 52; 16: 89; and 25: 33 is codified through the Three Time Knower mentioned in verse 25: 59, not only Messenger and believer, but anyone who doesn’t know about anything should ask the one who knows Adhikr as explained in verses 16: 43; and 21: 7.
